I’ve just finished making 50 cake pops for a wedding. There are 25 chocolate orange cake and 25 lemon cake. They are all gift wrapped in cellophane bags tied with coordinating ribbon and look so pretty that it’s made me reassess the use of cake pops as wedding favours. They are just enough cake to satisfy a sweet tooth but not too much cake that will get left on the side after the celebrations. They can be decorated in any colour to tie in with your wedding theme.
