After the initial consultation we will produce one or more designs following your requirements. This can either be sent to you or another consultation can be arranged to go through the design with you.

An order form displaying the quote and full details of the order will accompany the final design. If you wish to proceed with the order please sign and return the order form with the stated deposit shown on the form. (Usually 30%-40%). Only once this has been received can the order be processed.

Alterations cannot be guaranteed after 6 weeks before the required date but we will try to accommodate your requests where ever possible. Any alterations must be confirmed in writing and may incur additional cost.

A deposit of £50 is required for all stands and cake knives, and is refundable on the safe and complete return.The final balance is due two weeks or before the date the order is required. Only once this has been received can the order be released.

The prices vary greatly as they are dependant on the size, cake bases used and the intricacy of the design.
