Once the final design has been agreed we will send out an order form with all the details of the design, the date required and the delivery address. You will be asked to check this through and confirm it is all correct by signing the bottom of the form and keeping the yellow copy for your records. When you return the signed white part of the order form you will be required to pay a deposit which is usually about 40% of the total balance.
Once this has been received, we will set to work baking and sugar crafting well in advance of the date of your celebration. It is for this reason alterations to the design cannot usually be accepted after eight weeks before the date required. Obviously we will do our best to accommodate your requirements but we cannot guarantee we can carry them out.
