This portion guide gives you a rough estimate on the number of portions you can expect from each cake. The portion sizes are the traditional 1″ – 2″ fingers. Obviously if you like your cake as much as we do, you will like to allow for slightly more generous portion sizes!
You will be able to see that the choice of shape and cake inside can greatly affect the number of portions.

I produce a range of fillings to compliment these cakes. For example imagine Chocolate Truffle cake filled with chocolate ganache buttercream or Carrot cake filled with orange buttercream.
These are my most popular requests for cakes but we regularly make cakes to specific recipe requests such as Lemon and Lime drizzle Cake and Chocolate Mint Cake.
It is becoming more and more common for our clients to have special dietary requirements and I am are able to cater for these. My most popular gluten-free recipe is Orange Polenta Cake, which is a very moist and deep cake. Please don’t hesitate to contact me regarding any special requests.
